John has been in real estate since 1977 and over the years he has kept his real estate service ethics the same: "work hard, offer excellent service for less cost, keep up with technology, return clients calls, and handle every aspect of my clients business myself".  John feels strongly in his promise of  personal client care with integrity.

With two partners, John helped form a real estate company now known as Equity Realty.  They have seen rising prices, boom markets and slower markets.  Through it all they've kept the best interest of their clients in the forefront.  This client care has made them stand out in the area.

Before John received his real estate license, he taught high school for two years. He's been in the real estate and real estate development business full time since then. John has used his extensive experience to sell property and homes for clients as well as develop land and remodel homes for resale.  He's been a partner in six real estate investment companies and is sole owner of  Shoreland Real Estate Company, specializing in lake shore and river property.  He is married and has two grown children.
