Gerry's experience in real estate is vast and varied. As a native of the
St. Cloud vicinity, he knows the area and people well. Gerry
started representing buyers and sellers in June of 1970 at Mark's
Realty, which at the time was the largest and most prestigious real
estate firm in the area. He quickly became a team leader and then
a branch manager. During the recession years of the early '80's
when interest rates were in the high teens, Gerry also managed Executive
Express for a few years.
Gerry's first love has always been Real Estate and thru the years he has witnessed and participated in the fantastic growth of the St. Cloud area. He has been a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, president of the St. Cloud Area Multiple Listing Service (MLS) , one of the senior members of the St. Cloud Area Board of Realtors, active partner in a local real estate investment and holding company, and co-owner of Equity Realty.
